Tool Palette Menus

Contains descriptions of each command found on the floating Tool Palette. Commands located on the menu bar that duplicate those found on the floating Tool Palette offer the same functionality. Note the Text Library commands found on the Edit menu, and the palette control commands on the Windows menu.
